With the new Share Public Link feature, you can share a FormConnect ProMax form with someone who does not have the app. Simply create a private link and send it to your customer. They can open the form in a web browser, complete it on their phone, tablet, or computer, and submit it—without creating an account or logging in.
Once the form is submitted, the completed record is saved directly to your FormConnect ProMax database, ready for you to review.
Get Information Before You Meet
Instead of handing someone a paper form when they arrive, you can have the information collected in advance.
For example, a healthcare provider could send a patient a form to complete before an appointment. The patient could provide their health history, complete an intake form, or sign a consent form before arriving. When the patient submits the form, the completed record is available in the provider’s FormConnect ProMax database.
The same idea works for events and seminars. An event organizer could send attendees a registration form before the event. Attendees can provide their contact information and other requested details ahead of time, reducing the amount of paperwork and data entry needed at registration.

Sharing a form is designed to be simple. From FormConnect ProMax, you can share a form by email, copy the link, or display a QR code. The recipient simply opens the link in a browser and completes the form.
No FormConnect ProMax account is required for the person filling out the form.
The shared link is also designed for a single submission and expires after it is used, helping keep the process controlled.
