How It Works
FormConnect now seamlessly integrates with Apple Maps to perform a function known as Reverse Geocoding.
When you activate the GPS feature in your form, it first captures the exact coordinates of your location. It then uses the underlying mapping technology on your iOS device to translate those coordinates into a recognizable street address, city, state, and zip code.
This information is displayed directly within your form, providing immediate, context-rich location data.

- Context at a Glance: Raw coordinates like “33° 31′ 50″ -117° 42′ 23″” are difficult to interpret quickly. A physical address like “Crown Valley Park, Laguna Niguel, CA…” provides instant, human-readable context for everyone viewing the data.
