One of the most popular features of FormConnect is the ability to share a form with another iPad user. To share a form, do the following:
1. Tap on the “Share” icon. It’s the one with the arrow on top of the envelope.
2. Select “Form Only” and then “Export”.
3. Choose the FMC file format.
4. Choose Email or Dropbox.
To import the form, do the following:
1. Open the Mail or Dropbox app.
2. Tap on the attached file.
3. Select Open In – FormConnect
If you don’t want anybody to modify the form template, there is an option to lock the form.
