Attn: Existing FormConnect Users
On September 12th, Apple provided software developers with the latest version of their operating system (iOS 6) to allow us to begin testing our app. We have been testing for several days and have submitted v1.4.1 for approval to the app store.
The process can take several days and we are still waiting Apple’s approval. In the interim, it’s probably a good idea to hold off upgrading to iOS 6 as there are some compatibility issues with FormConnect that you need to be aware of.
- FormConnect v1.4 (current) – Compatible with iOS 5 but not iOS 6.
- FormConnect v1.4.1 (new version) – Compatible with both iOS 5 and iOS 6.
Note: Before upgrading, please back up your templates and customer records. We recommend that you use iCloud, iTunes or Dropbox for backup purposes.
