Many forms that you fill out require a signature. A e-form created using the FormConnect Pro app allows you to create a signature field on the form and then use your finger (or stylus) to sign it. Below is a sample form that one of our customers created that has two signatures fields on the form. One is for the customer to fill out and the other is for the company representative to fill out.
